GETTING AND USING A REWARDS CARD

How do I join Golf Rewards?
To participate in the Golf Rewards program, simply visit one of the participating Golf Rewards courses in your area. Find the Golf Rewards terminal in the golf shop, take a free card, swipe it in the attached barcode reader, and follow the instructions on the screen. That's it! To see a list of courses, go to our home page and click the dot in your area.

How do I check my points balance?
Go to www.golfrewards.net, and enter your 9-digit card number to Check Rewards Balances. Also, there is a link on your Rewards Balance page to view your entire transaction history.

How can I get a card?
Come to Deer Run Country Club, or go to any participating Golf Rewards course. Find which courses are on the Golf Rewards program by visiting www.golfrewards.net.

How do I earn points?
Players earn 1 point for each dollar spent on daily fee greens fee and cart. Golf courses may, at their discretion, offer points for additional purchases. Players do not earn points for league, tournament, or event play.

How do I change my email address?
Send email to support @ golfrewards.net, with your name, card number, old email address, and new email address.

How much does a Golf Rewards card cost?
Nothing, it's FREE!

Do I need to enter an email address?
No, but it is recommended. Emails are sent to let you know your point totals. In addition, participating golf courses may use this email address to keep you informed about happenings at their facility.

I lost my rewards card. What do I do?
To get another Golf Rewards card, go to any participating Golf Rewards course. Log in to the terminal using your name or email address. Once your information is displayed on the screen, touch the box on the right side that says 'Add a Card to my Account', and follow the instructions on the screen. The new card you use will access the same account as the one you lost. If you later find the card you lost, you can use either one.

What if I forget my card?
You can log in at the Golf Rewards terminal using your name or email address.

Can I get points for taking other people golfing?
Yes, but only if other golfer(s) are not swiping their own cards and you are paying for the green fees. (ie. Father takes son golfing, son does not have a card, father can put all points on his card).

Can I use points at one course to earn a round at another course?
No, points accrue at each course individually, and cannot be transferred from one course to another within your region.

REDEEMING REWARDS ROUNDS

I have enough points to get a free round. How do I do it?
Make your tee time as normal, and when you go to the course, instead of paying, swipe your card, and ask the attendant to redeem your free round of golf. That's it!

How do I redeem my Rewards round?
Just go to the course, and let the attendant in the golf shop know you have enough Golf Rewards points to redeem for a free round. Swipe your card at the terminal, and the points will be deducted from your account by the attendant.

How does the 10 round reward work?
After you've played 10 rounds at Golf Rewards courses, the system looks to see where you've played the most (minimum of 4 rounds). Your current points balance is compared to the number of points required to earn a weekday round at that course. If you already have enough points for a free round, congratulations! You've made the 10 round reward unnecessary. If you don't have enough points for a round at that course, the system automatically adds enough points to allow you to redeem a free weekday round. IMPORTANT NOTE: The 10 round reward is only available once per 12 month period.

Will I receive a certificate for my 10 round reward?
No, there is no separate certificate issued. The reward is handled by simply having enough points to redeem for a round of golf.
